With nearly three decades in mortgage lending, Jeff Jannasch brings the experience, perspective, and problem-solving ability that can make all the difference in a home financing journey. A D Magazine BEST Mortgage Professional and Five Star Mortgage Professional, Jeff serves primarily the Dallas–Fort Worth market while successfully helping clients in multiple states.
Jeff works with everyone from experienced homeowners to first-time buyers, but where he truly stands apart is in solving more challenging loan scenarios. He has extensive experience working with self-employed borrowers, credit-challenged buyers, and clients whose financial situations require a more creative or strategic approach. Rather than focusing solely on whether a loan works today, Jeff looks at the full picture to identify options and help clients determine the best path forward.
After 29 years in the business, Jeff knows that a successful mortgage experience is about more than getting to the closing table. His clients value his detailed communication, straightforward guidance, and ability to set clear expectations from the beginning—helping create a smooth, confident experience from application through closing.
Outside of mortgage lending, Jeff enjoys playing tennis and golf and values the time he spends with his faith group each weekday morning.
