No changes in the Purchase contract after submission of conditions for clear to close; seller cooperates with scheduling the closing and appraisal inspection without any delays and appraisal is at value and not subject to repairs. No condos, rural or unique property types (including manufactured homes). Borrower must submit all requested documentation with 24 hours of requested time (including HOI). Maximum reimbursement of $1,000 ($125 per day). Payment will be made via a contract extension at a $125 per diem (capped at $1,000) charged from seller to buyer and TSMI will lender credit the buyer for the per diem.
