With a strong foundation in leadership, strategic marketing, and exceptional customer service, Cara consistently ranks among the industry’s top performers—closing 150+ loans annually on average.
At the core of her philosophy is the belief that every loan has a home, regardless of obstacles. Because no two borrowers or transactions are alike, Cara takes a highly individualized approach to each loan, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care to deliver an outstanding client experience.
Since earning her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University, Cara has built a respected lending practice throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and across Texas. Her commitment to excellence has earned her recognition as a D Magazine Best Mortgage Originator and a Platinum Producer every year since 2018—honors that reflect both her production and her reputation among clients and peers.
